This from the same governor who imposed a tax on hospital beds in order to raise money to get hundreds of millions of dollars matching funds from the Federal government. Trust me, Corzine's not out to minimize federal funding sent to New Jersey unless he or his liberal friends vehemently disagree with a policy.
