Evolution is a scientific theory, never has been a religion, has never been used as a religion.
For some reason, creationists feel that evolution has to be a religion, in order for them to fight it.
Evolution is a scientific theory, nothing more, and you may claim that it is a religion all you like, but it will not make it the truth.

by it's followers with as much fervor and preeminence
as any religion in the world. Which by default makes it a religion.

For some reason, creationists feel that evolution has to be a religion, in order for them to fight it. For some reason, Evolutionists feel that the Bible record must NOT be correct, for it does not align (in their minds) to the way they are looking at the evidence.
