Totally innocent, my foot!

Those types of documents are not supposed to be removed from the premises and even on the premises are supposed to be kept locked in safes.

Now tell me that someone manufacturing drugs in their home just "innocently" takes home highly classified documents.

Those documents are classified precisely, because their disclosure causes grave damage to the country, by revealing information to our enemies.

I don't mean in this case, I mean generally. not everyone who mistakenly puts a document into their briefcase before going home is "revealing them to the enemy", or destroying them like sandy berger.
