I voted yesterday! North Carolina opened its "one stop absentee" polls over the weekend. I voted at the Wake County Elections office, downtown Raleigh. I was the 618th voter according to the electronic tabulator (but polls were open earlier, on the weekend, too). MSM won't deter ME. Will it you?

There sure seems to be a tremendous push to get people to vote absentee ... even if it isn't necessary. I got an absentee ballot in the mail last week (Pennsylvania) .. and I scoured the entire thing for directions or parameters for voting absentee. I found nothing .. it was almost like .. forget the voting date .. do it now.

My absentee ballot should arrive shortly. The MSM will not deter me either.

I voted early Monday 10/23/2006 and I voted all Republican.
I was surprised that there were no Rats on about a third of the local races.

It doesn't matter how many Rats are NOT on the ballot, the Rats are destined to win (even if there are NO Rats on the ballot).

What other conclusion can one come to given the latest revelations concerning Andropov-aquiddic? Or was that KGB-aqquidic? Or was that something else? I forget.

The Rats are going to win one way or another. The only difference between RepublicRats and DemocRats, the RepublicRats wait just a little bit longer than the other Rats before selling us all out.

I voted in the afternoon - straight ticket for R.

I am working in my precinct on the 7th, but I wanted to make sure I got my vote done.

About 4 pm, and I had to wait in line - with a longer line behind me. I usually vote at this location, and have never had to wait before.

Hate to burst your bubble, but for every vote you cast there were fifteen more cast by dead, inner city Dems.

I just voted my California ballot recently, via absentee. Voted for Arnold, McClintock, Poochigian, Mountjoy and others.

I WILL NOT BE DETERRED BY THE PRO-DEMOCRAT MEDIA.

"My absentee ballot should arrive shortly. The MSM will not deter me either."

My voting place is about a seven or eight minute walk from my house.

That's pretty sweet. I'll go there directly after work on election day.

I voted a straight Republican ticket yesterday (the first day the polls opened) and voted not to retain any of the Florida Supreme Court Judges that were on the ballot.

Now I'm free to help the local GOP turn out the rest of the vote between now and November 7th.

They told me at the polling place where I voted that people were lined up at the door to vote before they even opened yesterday morning. They had another rush again at noon when people came to vote on their lunch hour.

This is the second time I've voted on the electronic machines. Both times it went flawlessly and I was out of there within 5 minutes after I showed my ID and was matched up on their computers.

If you're going there after work, I hope the welfare recipients aren't backing the line up :-)
