Media Having Secret Conference Calls With Dean

ABC News's "The Note" reported on October 19 that members of “The Old Media” are “giddy with excitement over the prospect of the Bush-Cheney-Rove-Mehlman machine losing," and are having “secret morning conference calls with Howard Dean and George Soros” to discuss how they “can keep the meta-narrative (‘The Democrats are going to beat Bush and run Congress!!’) going for another 19 days, without interruption.”

This is akin to Newsweek’s Eleanor Clift actually saying something bad about Bill Clinton. Yet, there it was, in black and white. Please be advised that the writers by-lined included Mark Halperin, David Chalian, Teddy Davis, Tahman Bradley, Sarah Baker, Catrin Jones, Erica Anderson, and Daniel Steinberger. As such, this wasn't one writer's opinion:

We all knew there is a coordinatd DBM/DNC/Soros machine to win the elections at any cost. But, it's nice to know the enemy is leaking this to alert the clueless.

Yeah, but ABC News is the worst of the worst.

No kidding, like I didn't know that.

I really try to be non-sarcastic towards the obvious, but sometimes it's appropriate.

It is just going to make the day after Election Day all the sweeter, as they try to figure out why things didn't work out the way the expected.

At the end of the day, the voter decides.

My only regret is that Peter Jennings is not alive, so we won't get to hear him whine about White Male Temper Tantrums anymore.

The old media is democratic
The Fox News is Republican and conservative
Why do we always complain about the old media when we have our own? I don't understand that.

The MSM colluding with the Rats, nah, no way. They're all 'independent'.

However, rumor has it that David Gregory was seen in a Sport-Mart buying six sets of knee pads just prior to scheduled interviews with Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer.

"why not try not being a pr*ck sometime?"

Asking him for that is like asking Democrats to put America first, not going to happen.

I see no difference this attempt to overthrow our elected government, than an armed attempt to overthrow it. If they want to claim that the news corporation is free to support whomever it wants, then the campaign finance laws should apply, and ABC should be held accountable for not reporting the value of its "like kind" or "free" advertising.

SOmebody needs to tap into these calls and record the conversation. Then send it to Fox and post it on Youtube. That would win the election for the Republican's in a landslide, and significantly hasten the demise of the MSM. It would also probably be the basis of some huge lawsuits against the papers and news outlets involved.
