The title of this thread is 'Is God dead? Atheism finds a market in U.S,'
I am aware of the title of the article. No mention is made of the theory of evolution, neither in the title nor in the text of the article itself.
' I am trying to show that for life/order to exist, there has to be an intelligence behind it, i.e. God is not dead.
Even if you were able to demonstrate that "there has to be an intelligence behind" life, you have not demonstrated either that this intelligence is divine or that it is extant at present.
50 heads in a row equals odds of 1 to 5.63 times 10 to the 14th power. (I hope I figured that correctly.) Your body by itself contains 100 trillion cells (100 million million or 100,000,000,000,000) or 10 to the 14th power, much less the high complexity within each cell, much less the complexity of the entire ecosystem.
This has no relevance to your previous claim, which was that "The odds of the world happening with all of its order is Many Many times" the odds for acheiving 50 heads ond 50 coin flips. You have provided no calculations to support your assertion.
I have a list in front of me describing 47 separate physical processes, all of which have have to be set just right, or life would not exist, from physical constants, to solar system position, to earth position, to earth composition, etc.
Please reference some of these physical processes, and explain how you have determined the improbability of all of them occuring simultaneously at some point in the universe. Also explain how "argument from incredulity" is not a logical fallacy.
The previous paragraphs have over 150 words. They weren't random. (Intelligent??) The 1000 monkeys banging on a typewriter theory can't account for your questions or my words.
This has no relevance to your previous claim.

You have provided no calculations to support your assertion. >>Then what proof do you have that random events caused the order that we see all about us?
Please reference some of these physical processes,
1. Gravitational coupling constant: If larger, then short stellar lifespans, if smaller, then no heavy element production.
2. Strong nuclear force coupling constant: if larger, nuclei essential for life are unstable, if smaller, no elements other than hydrogen.
. . .
7. Expansion rate of the universe: if larger, no galaxy formation, if smaller, universe collapses prior to star formation.
. . .
25. Parent star color: if redder, photosynthetic response would be insufficient, if bluer, photosynthetic response would be insufficient.
. . .
30. Orbital eccentricity: if too great, seasonal temperatures would be too extreme.
. . .
ETC.
