Firstly the Russians are lost in someone else's pop culture. That's true.

Secondly it's interesting that you'd suggest that a channel owned by the church would have someone speak who suggests the church is a fraud.

Further it's interesting that an Orthodox Christian would accuse another see of being a fraud when their own jurisdiction is in canonical communion with it.

you can get the stock russian channels at TVRossiya.com. Kinda pricey but for folks living in the US its like half the price DISH or DirecTV charge.

It is not at all interesting, however, that you make a lot of statements, as usual, with no basis in fact.

And here's a report of the parade he organized last fall.

Another speaker from the Eurasian Union, Pavel Zarifullin, asked: “How long can we handle this evil, these American jackals!?”

The interesting list:

The members of the “Higher Council” are
* Troshev A.P. – vice speaker of Russian Senate; ==

Don't know who he is. There was one "Troshev" but it was general in Chechnya.

* Aslahanov A.A-M. – the adviser of President of Russian Federation; ==

I know him. Moscow Chechen. Whole life lives in Moscow.

* Margelov M.V. – the president of Committee for International Affairs of Russian Senate; ==

Some figure from Gorbachev circle.

* Kalyuzhny V.I. – vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia; ==

???

* Tadjuddin T.S. – great mufti of Russian Federation; ==

Oh yeah:)) This one is here for sure:)

* Mitropolit .Andrian (Chetvergov) – the chief of Russian Orthodoxe Old Believers Church; ==

Old Believers here?:) Interesting. They just live without drawing attention to them. Accually they are just unreformed Russian ortodox Church. So so old-fashioned that may compete with muslims:).

* Sagalaev E.M. – the President of National Assotiation of Media; ==

This one just glad to be everywhere or they will forget him:).

* Zagarishvili S.A. – Academician of Russian Academy of Science; ==

This one is your beloved Georgian:).

* Djumagulov A.D. – ex-prime-minister of Kyrghystan Republic; ==

Kyrgiz in Moscow? Oh yeah:) The "talking head":).

* Chernychev A.S. – Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russian Federation; ==

???

* Efimov N.N. –director of “Red Star” magazine, the official organ of Russian general Stuff==

What is “Red Star” magazine? I know only Red Star newspaper:)

So it is the band of strange people seems like the "talking club" or so. Let them be.
As the russian proverb says: "Let them play till they don't cry".

> You signed up here just to tell me this? Yeah, i read FR regularly, but you managed to get me registering. I will not comment about links you posted above, but i will tell you: dont't try to hide, speak for yourself. I just told you about this Dugin beign madman, you decided not to answer but to post yet another piece of BS. btw, do you take all this seriously? if your answer is "Yes", and since Dugin is mad (not hard to find this out by reading just citations), should WE, anyone, take YOU seriously? Frankly, i'll laugh at anyone here in Russia who'll try to speak seriously about Dugin, Limonov, Zyuganov, and Zhirinovskyi. And finally, have you been to Russia last two-three years? If not, why are you telling me about how miserable our life is while it is not.

You just got into this data, and since you have nothing else, you got scared.
I'll state to you again, just like other posters from Russia did: all this Eurasianism stuff is, just like biased press you read about Russia (e.q. Politkovskaya grant-supported writings), is at least exagerated, and at most - lie.

btw, answering with a question is not good. Just like answering with citations which relation to reality is under suspiction.

Four Russian posters, several quite new to FR, went to great lengths to dispute the many websites I posted from here, all of which seemed to present a cohesive picture to me.

That picture is that Putin is following a geopolitical strategy very much in line with what Dugin presents.

Whether a few of you here have heard about this is fairly meaningless in the long run to me.

Whether you like the way I post or not is even more meaningless to me.

You don't think nationalism is a problem in Russia today?
That fascism has a good chance of taking root, right now, in Russia?

Yeah, and you ignored them, since "do not trust Russians" is old mantra for americans.
Yet believing to something posted on internet site is not good. You cannot verify the source, and you can not be sure wherever sites are not mocked up to make you believe :)

> That picture is that Putin is following a geopolitical strategy very much in line with what Dugin presents.
This strategy is not very different from american one. Only words and hemispheres differ.

> Whether a few of you here have heard about this is fairly meaningless in the long run to me.
There are many funny things you can learn from patients who live in madhouse. Will you believe them depends on you.

> Whether you like the way I post or not is even more meaningless to me.
You just shown that my above statement about taking you seriously is very true.

What made me curious is you ignorance of opponents, denial to argue by your own and not by citations from untrusted sources, and, ultimately, readiness to believe to something because you /want/ to believe.

You don't think nationalism is a problem in Russia today? ==

Nationalism isn't problem. For example Georgia is teh national state in which non-georgian like Abkazi or Osetian feels himself no good.

Accually there exist 2 states: natonal or international (multiculturism state). Second one as we know very well are not work well. Remeber last winter riots in France.

Russia until recently was multiculturism state. It wasn't good either. The thnic tansions grew up.

Our culturical ethicities especcially from other states brought into Russia just thier mafias when the ethnic relations deem much higher then the common law of state.
The ethnic groups and mafias created double loyalities: when we see Georgians who live in Moscow and tell on TV that they hate Russia. I saw it myself.

I told many times on FR that I have to critisize Putin but for his real shortcomings not things you critisize him.

One of his shortcomings that he thought Russia should be multi-cultural. Now we see that even Putin turn off this. It gave him another boost of approval rate. Accually he had already the big one now it is even bigger.

I'd say for one. I got tired of people who came to Russia from former republics of USSR and try to establish thier own order, thier own mafia here and comtempts our order and culture. Let them go back where they came from. I greet them when they live there but us live here:). I think it is fair.

Now Putin takes the matter in his hands. I wish him luck.

Russia should be united for sake of native people of Russia. That is nationalism. But again any other state on Earth is nationalism state. They propagate thier own people only. So that should do Russia.

That fascism has a good chance of taking root, right now, in Russia?==

What is fascism? Like it was in Italy? Aggression to other countries to take off thier lands and resources?

Why Russia would do such thing? Russia has 1/7 of Earth territory and 1/3 of Earth resources.
Russia should be a strong to hold all she gets. I think it is more then enough.

As much as they try to deny it, Russia is fast becoming a state of the NBP.

I was trying to say that the new nationalism in Russia has a mixture of Nazi and Communist/Stalinist traits within it. This is the main platform of the NBP
