This was taken outside the police cordon, at the crash site today on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, that killed the Yankees pitcher.
As far as a caption, you just know he's uttering the immortal "Don't you KNOW who I AM?!!" That a-hole.

York Ave. is on the street sign, that's where the accident happened. Last I heard Baldwin lives on CPW...across town.
I know Baldwin, have for decades. He is a bigger asshole than you can imagine.
