I use it as a reply to any article that assumes to tell us about the myth of islam's "Golden Age"
Yes, it is. The link in the letter has gone dead. Seems to me it's a portion of something which was even longer, which I read several years ago. I seem to remember something about pre-Islamic culture in Pakistan & a current push by some Muslims to claim that the Taj Mahal was built by Muslims. The Hagia Sophia may have also gotten a mention.
