Actually- I do have the ability to reach others about them taking back the GOP in their districts...

We ALL do it- everyday here on FR....

I also have the unique opportunity to post on Control Congress.com and to be on the airwaves... not to mention blogging...

I cannot force anyone to do anything-- no doubt...

But I can certainly be involved in the GOP and due to being such an internet nerd, and the avenues to reach others- they know I can help inspire others who are frustrated to call on the GOP for change.

ALso-- I ran into a lady from this organization:

http://www.americansforprosperity.org/

Check it out...

They are TREMENDOUS! After the election we will be having them on the show....I was VERY impressed with the goals and the actions of their group....they REALLY have a plan- and they KNOW how to effect change and do REAL grass roots lobbying besides calling and screaming over the phone...

It is amazing.. within the last month- doors have truly opened for me to find better ways to be truly effective -- not just posting and blogging....

I am not happy with the way the GOP is doing things...so I will do all I can to change it....

I'm happy you are involved and can do more.

I still maintain change comes from within easier and faster than from the outside. The GOP is a big party with many groups that are well meaning and great, but the Republican Party remains the core vehicle for change and influence.

By the way, great leadership on the Americans for Prosperity group. I hope they do well and influence the GOP. I wonder what their leadership would say to you about not voting?  I cannot imagine David Koch or Walter Williams agreeing with you.

You might also like the Independence Institute, http://www.i2i.org.  Tom Tancredo is their past director.
