Only different in the sense you dod not know what the intern said first. If a cop were to type that he is a 14 year old girl who wanted to give the guy on the other side of the computer oral sex, it would indeed be deemed entrapment by a court. We do not know what the intern said first to elicit those responses from Foley and the intern was 18 at the time.
Whatever.
It doesn't really matter to me. I don't view this as a criminal case. I view it as a moral case. Foley was immoral. Hastert was wrong in not doing anything about it.
