Late to the party, Dave. Heard this on Rush this afternoon and after I got home flipped on the news....and nada!
Guess this explains why the kid hired a defense attorney since there's going to be Congressional probes (Sorry.....bad choice of words) and an FBI investigation.
If things pan out that this was truly a prank, the kid will never have a political career but will stand to make a bundle in an upcoming movie, 'Jackass II'.
