If this story has any credibility then I assume that Jordan would have told them this was all a prank. If ABC knew this, and didn't report that part of it, then I do think (not that there was any question) they did this to benefits the Dems only. I would think this would have been a major part of the story, because if it's true Foley was not harming innocent children (although he is totally wrong to have responded in the first place)
It took a little digging for the pajama blogger to i.d. Jordan from the screen name ABC "mistakenly" left up on their site. Since there was no press release given to ABC providing his name, we'd have to assume ABC was incapable of doing that same basic research themselves. So if ABC bought the "transcripts" from an intermediary, they may not have "known" who Jordan was (although they possessed the clues necessary to figure it out).
Meanwhile, I'm waiting for the DBM press gaggle to camp out in front of Jordan's house, like they did with Hastert today.
I suspect the page was contacted....and that is what prompted him to get a high powered, VERY expensive attorney. There is much much much more to this story.
