I believe that was Tyson Vivian (sp?)on CNN and even they said and he could provide NO DOCUMENTATION

I have seen him on 2 shows and to me he does not pass the smell test. I tried to google him and nothing. On the bottom of the screen his name was spelled Tyson Vivyan. He said he was from TN.
