P.S. Upthread, someone posted an OT that some reliable source had received info that "something huge" (and series?) was happening with the grand jury re the NSA leaks. Maybe this and Ashcroft's disclosures are somehow related?
The ABC reporter Brian Ross leading the Foley charge is under FBI investigation for his role in the NSA leaks case.
There is talk that Ross will be indicted or will be listed in the leaks indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator.
That would be refreshing. It was fun to watch, O'Reilly almost fell out of his chair, literally. First time I've ever seen his jaw drop when a guest imparted data to him. I wish someone would find the transcript and post a thread here.
