Interesting media tactic. I have yet to find a state in which the age of consent is over 16 years.

In Arizona, California, Idaho, N. Dakota, Oregon, Wisconsin, are all states with the age being 18.

Alot of the states are 17 and such.

Florida, age of consent is 16 as long as the older person is not more than five(7?) years older.......gotta check....
