I posted this for the photios.... I don't agree with Corn. Water boarding is not torture the way we do it

I guess this lib forgot to mention that we waterboard all our Special Forces and Pilots during their training so they will know what to expect.

I hope Corn experienced it, so he would have first-hand knowledge.

Oh, come on, David, at least try for 5 minutes.

Where Dave is wrong is we use water boarding to interrogate. Not to torture and interrogate the way the Khmer Rouge did. We do it quick and clean. We are not sadists

I can see why Liberals and Muzzies would consider this torture. It simulates TAKING A SHOWER.

Below are photographs taken by Jonah Blank last month at Tuol Sleng Prison
in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Nice try at moral equivalence by the writer.

But there's one big difference between water-boarding as used by
Pol Pot's buds and the US operatives.

I suspect most all of the ones in Cambodia are D-E-A-D.
(IIRC, something like 6 prisoners out of 15,000 survived a stay
at Pol Pot's major prison, as reported on The History Channel.)

Reportedly, all the ones so treated by US operatives are A-L-I-V-E.
(as are the American operatives that volunteered to undergo the
procedure for testing purposes)
The real problem our captives probably have is keeping their weight down
on current rations.

(IMHO, techniques like waterboarding should be the last ditch techniques.
And only done after there is a pile of info to make sure you've
got the right man and absolutely need to do it.)

Actually that's what it looked like under the Khmer Rouge. Somehow I suspect it looks much different when we use it and it doesn't end with death as it did under the Khmer Rouge.

Kinda stupid to bring it up actually.

What's wrong with treating the terrorist prisoners exactly the same as the terrorists treat prisoners?

To paraphrase, the Geneva convention is not a suicide pact. Name one enemy of the US that has abided by it.

I heard the lipless corn and his boyfriend have used water boarding as a sexual tool for years! ;-)

It's probably the cleanest these bums have been in decades!

I'd have preferred their using a 200PSI firefighting nozzle, but that's just me.

They'd have to waterboard Corn face-down since he talks out of his anus.

If the intel being gathered by these techniques is of dubious value, then we certainly should reconsider our methods. But I have no moral misgivings whatsoever about extracting information from the vermin we capture. These are the same creatures that plant roadside bombs, behead people, drag burnt corpses through the streets, and fly airplanes into office buildings.

It's hard to find much sympathy for their feigned umbrage at our moral "lapses."
