There are scumbags in both parties, but there is a big difference. When we find a scumbag, we want him out of there and prosecuted. If Foley were smart, instead of resigning, he would have switched parties.
If a guy on our side is drunk, drives a woman off a bridge, runs away, and leaves her there to die ---- we want him in prison.
