Maf54: You in your boxers, too? Teen: Nope, just got home. I had a college interview that went late. Maf54: Well, strip down and get relaxed.
Another message:
Maf54: What ya wearing? Teen: tshirt and shorts Maf54: Love to slip them off of you.
And this one:
Maf54: Do I make you a little horny? Teen: A little. Maf54: Cool.
The language gets much more graphic, too graphic to be broadcast, and at one point the congressman appears to be describing Internet sex.
Federal authorities say such messages could result in Foley's prosecution, under some of the same laws he helped to enact.
"Adds up to soliciting underage children for sex," said Brad Garrett, a former FBI agent and now an ABC News consultant. "And what it amounts to is serious both state and federal violations that could potentially get you a number of years."
Yes. He wants Foley's little black book. Throw him in jail also.
Shades of the Catholic Church. (BTW I'm Catholic myself, so I don't want to hear it)
Sick man. I'd chop off the head of anyone who talked like this to my son, even if my son didn't stop it.
And i don't mean the one on his shoulders either.
Obviously the kid is asking for it.
They might as well hand him a .45 with one bullet.

This sounds like the transcripts from one of those stings that Chris Hansen has done for Dateline NBC, where otherwise "respectable" men respond to whom they believe are underaged kids (mostly male) over the Internet and show up at their homes to meet them (with bad purposes in mind), some even having seen the televised stings previously!! They come from all walks of life and have included a government agent, seminary student and a rabbi.
Any parents sending their minor children up to the Hill to intern need their heads examined.
What is he, gay?
"You ever hand around the gymnasium?"
"Does Scraps ever hold onto your leg and rub up and down?"
having that seat filled with a democrat would be preferable to it being filled by a (alleged, haha) creep like Foley. because then we could regain that seat next round, rather than letting a child molester fool us into thinking he stands for what we do.
Stop that! Made coffee come out of my nose...
A congressman doesn't want to live under the laws he passes - what a shocker there.
Back up. He was writing that to a guy? I think I'm gonna hurl!
See, what you mean to say (or should) is "Shades of the scandal in the Catholic Church."
Really, it's the only honorable thing for him to do at this point.
True.
