Yeah, now that you mention it, I heard him say that. There's not much that Bill or Hillary have NOT criticized Bush about. I kept expecting Wallace to call him on that lie, but he never did. Clinton's sure still perfectly comfortable with lying through his teeth on national television thou, eh! And that's just part of his major malfunction.

That there is absolute proof that's he's mentally deranged and completely off his rocker.
After the failed attempt by the terrorists to blow up 'The Sullivans' the 'Rules of Engagement' should have been scrutinized and changed by the CIC and those below him at the Pentagon. They weren't, therefore Clinton and his staff are guilty of the USS Cole being blown up and for the loss of lives.
If Clinton had an inkling of a conscience then I would say he's starting to pay the penalty with the guilty memories, but he doesn't have a conscience, so it can't be that, but there is something wrong with him mentally. Most of his spark plugs are misfiring.
