Let say I invite someone into my house to do the housekeeping, cooking, etc.
Then my neighbor says this someone can not stay in my house.
blah blah blah.
And lets say that your neighbors don't want to pay taxes to support the fact that you're too lazy to clean your own house.
1. Your house is also my house and I don't want him here.
2. Even if I did, it's against the law.
Then, I imagine you will let them in through the front door after agreeing to the exchange of services and finding them mutually beneficial. That's called "legal immigration".
That analogy only works if you expect your neighbor to pick up the tab for everything your employee needs that your wages to that person are not enough to cover.
Do you expect your neighbor to pay for your employees medical bills, education for their children, and a variety of other programs illegals are availing themselves to?
Not only are are illegals violating our laws to get here, most violate many other laws to stay here, for example identity theft and false legal documents. On top of that people who do not think the illegals should be allowed to come here to begin with must pick up the tab for the social services they use while they are here.
"Let say I invite someone into my house to do the housekeeping, cooking, etc. "
Fine.
Then it's your problem, not mine - as long as they stay in Your house as invited and not wander (unasked/uninvited) into mine.
