Since OSBL had to be on the run and in hiding, he could not have gotten proper medical attention that he should have gotten if he was NOT on the run, right ?

IIRC Early in the WOT President Bush said that he wanted OBL dead or alive, BUT that OBL wasn't the main objective. The WOT was not reliant upon just one man.

The dems could complain that we didn't get him and wasted X amount of money, but that's about all they got. There are still plenty of terrorists out there. jmo

Osama has been skulking in a cave for well on 5 years. If Bush had not put pressure on him, he'd have been in some cushy hospital, getting the best treatment his billions of dollars could buy.
