Good analysis ... leading Pubbies (like McCain for instance) should have nailed this SA tin horn dictator right between the running lights for his remarks at the UN.
But it still helps Bush (probably not the Pubbies though). Bush was "victimized" by Chavez's comments. His enemies just validated how wrong it was. If the vacuum hadn't have been there, the Dems probably would have taken a different tactic. However, the Reps look a bit weak here (not Bush, but the Reps in congress) which isnt good.
