Is this not a great opportunity for Democrats to defend America and dispel the idea that they are soft on terrorism, or blame America firsters? If they truly believe we should be a united country, they should come out blasting chavez's looney comments. Instead all I hear is silence.
Maybe Joe Lieberman will say what needs to be said, but he would be in a tiny minority of Democrats. If he should come to GWB's defense, look for the Lamont nuts to blast him for it.

Chavez also completely took out of context his "quote" of Bushs speech at the UN.
He is totally working the UN for his own benefit to elevate himself. It was not for the UN or American consumption. It was for his own goals only and propaganda to use for his own benefit.
