Ok, yinz are gonna hafta read this once, cuz I'm not typin it again, n'at...

Tanya ran away when she was like 14. And she lived with a (I kid you not) a hairdresser who was a friend of this Hose guy. Hose, lived at home, in a two-story house with his elderly parents, and he made like a $1.95 a week being a security guard for the McKeesport School District (where he used to talk to Tanya on the eleven or so days a school year she attended class). Hose, even with his budgetary constraints and thru his friendship with said hairdresser managed to afford black hair dye to perpetuate his Elvis fixation. Tanya, in what must be a ying/yang went ultra blond (to Hose's Viva Las Vegas black). No reports of whether the 'hairdresser' (with the house) bleached her as well. At some point Tanya moved into Hose's parents house unbeknownst to the Hoses' senior.

Anywho...after years of quasi-captivity with Hose and his oblivious, elderly parents in a house the size of freight elevator, Tanya wonders into a convenience store (but NOT the now famous McKeesport Get Go where the Whizonator was microwaved...ya know to warm the urine specimen n'at) to tell the clerk that she (Tanya) has been missing for like ten years. Follow that?

Anyway...all is well now in McKeesport...Tanya is home, blonde and suing; Hose is in custody (don't know if he has roots); and the Get Go got a new microwave as settlement in Whizonator case.

Only in the Mon Valley kids...only in the Mon Valley.

This is a typical phrase used in legal complaints. It alleges that the defendants were in a position so that they either knew (and are lying about it), or should have known (a little due diligence on their part would have revealed what was going on) about a matter.

It's boiler plate language, but it always amuses me when tv reporters say it, as if it's the truth.
