The democrats are going to scream that this speech was "political" because it supports the U.S. in its war on Terror, and argues that we need to win it.
They will argue that since we shouldn't be in Iraq, saying why we are there is "political".
This is where the democrats hurt the country. I don't mind they are against the war, but in arguing that we had no rightto be there, and that we fight a losing battle, they put our troops at risk, alienate our allies, embolden our enemies, and make the war into a political event.

From here on out I will never refer to 'them' as insurgents, jihadis, terrorists. The are the enemy.

On rant/
You know, today I was moderately angry all day, and I realized on the trip home that the USA can never prevail while the 5th column, the MSM, the twits, the girly-males, the UN and the Euro-weenies are still given voice.
How do we fight all of them to keep our country alive and strong? I ask you, tell me, because I see nothing but a fight with one hand tied behind our backs due to PC and the blantant treason of the left and their mindless compatriots, the democrats as presently constructed.
How will we win a fight that must be won when we have this crap from anti-American Americans who have no vision, no sense of Americanism and little regard for anything but a return top power?
I am open to your thoughts, because it seems a little dark to me. off rant/
