Just did a google on Barbara Bodine and hit on some really interesting stuff.
Did yall know that former Dir of the CIa, Helms, had a daughter who was the pr person for the Taliban??
Anyway alot of conflicting info on Bodine. Some say she was a stooge of the Bushes {!!}, others say a fall guy for the conservatives. Interesting conspiracy stuff.
But she is alive and well at MIT. The oddest thing was that Bush appointed her to be the "governor" of Baghdad after the war and she lasted three weeks. Then Bremer sacked her.
Amazing stuff.
How will she be able to show her face in public after this? On campus she may be ok but anywhere else she will be stared at if and when people recognize the name. Time for her to get a sabbatical in France or something.
