Nope, it wasn't part of the previews of tomorrow night's segment. The movie ended with 9/11. It even showed the date flashed on the screen. Then they went to a commercial. After the commercial, they came back to tomorrow night's previews and none of them included the Cole.
Yeah, the comment on the news flash was that the neither the Clinton OR the Bush Administrations went after the Cole bombers; trying to spread the blame. Though, if I remember correctly, those bombers were arrested, after Bush was elected, but later 'escaped' from the prison in Yemen.
