I think it's shown, but very subtle. This movie seems to be from the FBI perspective, and the frustration they show is from the bureaucrats, who rely on the CIA.
Ain't it just great what W did with the walls that enabled us to go after those bassturds. The terrorist cuz of toon thought we were neutered...LOL...are we kicking ass or what? Shocking those radical nuts. Our Military are the very best and are killing 'em badly.
