I agree completely. It is a community problem. Parents used to look out for other kids, etc....but no more. The adults are just as bad as the kids. When the community has no shame, these kinds of things happen. From what I have read, it does not sound like this child ever had a chance.

"Parents used to look out for other kids".

If I spit on the sidewalk my daddy knew about it before I got home. I watched a friend's daughter run a red light, I don't think she knows yet how her daddy found out, but, I don't think she has run any more red lights! Not being allowed to drive all summer must have made a lasting impression.

" Parents used to look out for other kids, etc"

how I long for those days.....sure, we hated that we were under the watchful eyes of a nosy neighbor, but what we would pay to have those neighbors around now, calling our parents for any misdeeds that we did......

I feel sorry for these pig like people.....glad I am not there.....glad my kids don't have to be there....

there is nothing sacred or good or useful or moral or superior or even practical about some of the cultures in our country...

DIVERSITY BE DAMNED.

there is no defending this behavior....they are just animals and the sooner we learn it, the better....

and they wonder why people move to the suburbs or the country.......
