Most Canadians think Canadian bacon is really bacon.

Jealously of others more successful than themselves leads to these type of opinions.

I don't think they are stupid - just dumbed down after so many leftists like Chretien and Martin at their helm. I'm still willing to see if Martin can reverse the trend.

The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq have contributed to a change of heart among people, he said.....

I suggest a close look at the immigration policies, as I hear that Toronto, has a 50% foreign born population, of which I am sure Muslims make up a sizable percentage of that 50 %

In a word, yes. POLLS - they should be outlawed. Their media presents a negative picture of the U.S. and it's policies that lead to our being attacked for weeks or months, and then they take a poll to see what the mood of the citizens are. What hogwash.

I would like to think not. I see this as the MSM attempting to cut our President off at the knees. Undermining his recent speeches and ones in the future.

Unfortunately the media in Canada is so left winged biased it makes the lame stream media in the US look like it is conservative. Canadians are for the most part friendly to the US but have been jaded by CBC, the Toronto Red Star and the US media without anything to counter the bias that they get polluted with that they don't know any better. Canadians don't like President Bush but love Bill Clinton. It is said that the closest neighbor and what should be a close supportive ally is being lied to by the Canadian media. Canadians would be more conservative if better informed. Unfortunately now most believe what they read in the Star or hear on the CBC.

Foreign policy was the last thing on anyones mind in the 1990's. The question is this: If there had been no Ross Perot, would the left be stronger than it is today. They are discredited and and their grass roots support is the hard left lunatic fringe.

Would they be as nutty if Clinton had never been in office?
