Between this stupid remark and the stupid NDP resolution on calling our soldiers fighting in Afganistan terrorists, I am really starting to blow a gasket today. This make me wonder how the Harper conservatives got as far as they did in the last election.

Canadian opinions have hardened against the United States and its role on the world stage, said Jack Jedwab, executive director of the Association for Canadian Studies. The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq have contributed to a change of heart amog people, he said. How is the above relevant to the poll?

"Canadian opinions have hardened against the United Kingdom and its role on the world stage, said Jack Jedwab, executive director of the Association for Canadian Studies. The wars in France and the Low Countries have contributed to a change of heart among people, he said. "Funny, I never saw that headline.
PS: Jack Jedwab??

We love our neighbor, Canada, but we also know it is a very weak, tepid country...devoid of anything that sounds like "the stiff upper British lip type". Check out how many they have in their military to take charge if things go bad....it is really sad.

Let's nuke Toronto and blame this poll. This poll makes me feel bad, that is enough of an excuse.

Are Canadians really that stupid?Jealously of others more successful than themselves leads to these type of opinions.

U.S. foreign policy was one of the root causes that led to the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks Most Canadians are right eh! Our foreign policy should been to continually crush the Islamofacists ever since they drew first blood in 1979.

I want to know where are the polls asking US Citizens what they think of the Quebecois, or the French, or the Germans.
Who really cares what Canadiens think, after all aren't a lot of them French.

New poll says most Canadians blame U.S. for 9/11 attacksIt is this Cannuck mindset that has kept me from fishing in Canada for several years, plus the fact you can't enjoy a good cold beer in your boat.

Will Canadians blame themselves when they are attacked?

No surprise. I don't need a poll to tell me that most of the world are in the 1930's appeasement mentality.
Appease Nazi Germany, you die. Appease terrorists, you die.
As the old saying goes, "Some people live and learn. And some people just live, and live, and live..."

Canada is against the US, as well as the whole continent of Europe, Russia, China and India.
What is the matter with the world? Why are they abandoning and isolating us? Are they perhaps envious of our sole-remaining superpower status?

Unless they think that the few months that Bush was in office caused everything, I'd say that they put the blame where it belongs....on Clinton.
