Maybe Bush's scheduled 1:45 talk had some threat against certain treasonous democrats in the draft version, and the dems got wind of it.

Democrats were drafting a nonbinding resolution No grandstanding there. They have already conceded it will be struck down on a point of order.

Since a "no confidence" vote is a parlimentary procedure not recognized by the United States, the Democrats are apparently pretending this is France.

Let's pretend the democRATS actually do something other than collect their paychecks while in DC.
They apparently don't realize people eventually need to see well-concevied plans to be impressed. The RATS have none and haven't for a very long time. Hand waving is not a profession (well excepet maybe for third base coaches in basball).

Hey, why not. Conyers already had a 'let's pretend' impeachment hearing, using the fake Downing St. Memo, and having Joe Wilson testify to the participants.
