Here is the thing that amazed me more than anything in my recent memory. No one was out there defending John Kerry with the notable exception of...drum roll...the reporters and pundits of the main stream media. And it wasn't because Kerry is a good guy, he isn't. They all know he's a pompous ass. All he needed to be to have the MSM rush to defend him was a democrat. The lines are drawn. If you are a Republican, they will relentlessly try to destroy you whether you warrant destruction or not. But if you are a dem, there is no sin worthy of disapprobation. None.

The media is portraying Kerry as a "victim" of the RW spin machine. Poor guy.
They are not showing the soldiers with the banner in "Irak" addressed to Kerry. They spun the "Mission Accomplished" banner but could find no room for the troops' banner addressed to Kerry.
I've got Laura Ingraham on the radio now. She's smoking.
If there was any doubt that the media are stuck to the rump of the DNC this latest Kerry debacle should dispel it.
Journalists and tv pundits are by any measurement stupid and arrogant. How duplicitous can you get to try to sell Kerry's sneering dismissal of our men and women -- NOT "KIDS" -- NOT "CHILDREN" -- in uniform as a "botched joke."
Do they think we are illiterate morons, as they obviously believe our troops to be?
One enraged caller to Laura's show said it perfectly. "They make me sick to my stomach."
