Explosives Stolen in Tazewell County
VIRGINIA
Deputies are searching for stolen construction explosives.
The Tazewell County Sheriff's Department and Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agents are trying to figure out who stole explosives from a construction site in Boissevain last week.
It happened at the Bizzack construction site. It's known as the "new prison road."
On September 8, employees discovered a storage container broken into.
The construction explosives, Hydromite 883 and Anfo, were gone.
Authorities aren't saying how much of the explosives were taken.
Deputies say if you find the explosives, do not touch them. Call authorities immediately.
