It looks as if they plan to stay on the "corrupt Republicans" theme. Idiots, thank God.

"These types of articles are simply democrat election propaganda."

I totally agree. The rats are in bed with the libnutmedia and all these skewed "polling organizations". I don't think the rats have a plan for any issues but they'd like to hike taxes, increase giveaway programs and make gay marriage a federal law. They don't give a damn about national security, not even the border/illegal issue. They'd love to "pay off" OBL and terrorist thugs who would take the money, buy more arms and STILL come to kill us.

The rats are in their death throes.

I certainly hope the Republicans can hold both the House and Senate this fall if for no better reason than to cause Charlie Rangel to retire.

I had a lapse in judgement last night and watched the local channel 3 out of Phoenix. Every five minutes, an ad by Senator Kyl's braindead ‘RAT opponent was shown. The ‘RAT mudslinging has begun. Meanwhile, Senator Kyl has a double-digit lead over his Commie opponent for this, as the MSM likes to say, "vulnerable" seat.

They'll push a boatload of social-welfareist legislation, such as raising the minimum wage unemployment rate, that reflects their pent-up priorities urge to destroy the middle class, while blocking the Republican agenda on social issues such as gay preventing the destruction of marriage, abortion curtailing baby-killing and religion stopping the militant atheists from banning Christmas.

There seems to be an awful loud echo. I believe we heard this same stuff in '02 and '04 from the MSM. The end result is going to be the same.

This could happen if we don't stand up and make sure we vote and get every other person who believes in freedom to do the same. Our side isn't doing all it could, but if you compare it to the socialist left, we are the best thing going.
BTW: I am so tired of the media pretending that Clinton only had a fling with Monica and that is why he was impeached. That is what they wanted us to think. There is so much more.

Democrats will press to get out of Iraq. They'll mount investigations into the Bush administration's record that could rival those of Presidents Nixon in Watergate and Clinton in the Monica Lewinsky affair. They'll push a boatload of social-welfare legislation, such as raising the minimum wage, that reflects their pent-up priorities, while blocking the Republican agenda on social issues such as gay marriage, abortion and religion.

IOW, the lunatics will run the asylum for two years.

And only two years.

Alot of Freepers are whistling past the graveyard:

" The first word that comes to mind with this chart is "pitiful." Most striking is the small space it takes up on the page and the emptiness of the category to the right -- "Likely Republican Takeover" -- and the near emptiness of "Leans GOP." There is not one easy takeover target for the Republicans this year. Republicans have failed to expand the playing field on the Democrats' side. "

The democrats will pay a price for becoming the party of Ralph Nader. They will never vote to defend America again, because the left won't let them.

the liberal media was going to start piling on the bs by the truckload about all the wonderful things that will happen if Nancy Pelosi becomes speaker.

I suspect that it actually suppresses the vote of the overconfident liberal voter and inspires the broken-glass Republicans to get out on election day.

Democrats are trumpeting a victory which, if it comes, will be a total embarrassing bust, and one as ephemeral and fleeting as Hillary Clinton's charm.

There was bound to be a swing back to the left to some degree. That's in the nature of things. But what can the Dems really do if they gain a razor-thin majority in the House? Nothing. They will be completely paralyzed, reduced to pitching temper tantrums.

They are morally and intellectually bankrupt. They are dour, scolding, nasty, brutish, pessimistic, and they live addicted to the sour nectar of victimology, fear, and scracity. And they are extincting themselves as a party by sacrificing their progeny on unholy altars of abortion on demand, femism, and gay rights.

In the Dems are in power by ten seats in 2006, they'll be out of power by 50 in 2008.

-Another bill promoting embryonic stem-cell research the euthanization of potential registered Republicans, such as the one the president vetoed this year, could pass.

-Global warming Algore, Jr.'s crappy photoshop presentation could drive environmental and energy policy.

-Spending on welfare and affordable-housing programs lots and lots of government pork the likes of which would make LBJ blush would expand.

while blocking the Republican agenda on social issues such as gay marriage, abortion and religion.

What agenda is this? The Republicans have accomplished very little on this score, and they have the majority. Isn't this a bit overheated?

"You're not going to see the Congress - Democrats or Republicans - while troops are still deployed, withdrawing support of those troops," Hoyer said.

Too late. We've all got the message.

If Democrats win one or both houses of Congress in November's elections, as polls suggest is increasingly likely...

The MSM are certainly trying to flog this meme into reality.

Certainly allowing either body into the hands of the Democrats would be a disaster: I hope both houses remain in Republican hands.
