If the Dems get in charge we'd cut out this wasteful solar energy source, and they'd put a windfarm on the space station. There are no birds to get killed in the vanes.

In Congress you can watch a pillar of smoke turn into $1 billion in new taxes in minutes. Well, okay, maybe not smoke, but plenty of hot air, anyway; verging on smoke sometimes.
