Does it come with a toy school bus? Probably not.
Whatever this toy is, it sure would be nice to see it.
What does it look like?

He said "You guys in New York can't get a hole in the ground fixed, and it's five years later. So let's be fair," according to CBS.

New Orleans Mayor Takes Shot At WTC Redevelopment
Nagin Under Fire For Not Rebuilding His City Sooner
(AP) NEW YORK New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, confronted with accusations he's taking too long to rebuild his city after Hurricane Katrina, takes a swipe at New York's redevelopment of the World Trade Center site on a television news show.
Nagin, weaving through the wreckage in the devastated Ninth Ward neighborhood, claimed much of the debris was removed from public property, but when a "60 Minutes" correspondent pointed out flood-damaged cars on the streets, Nagin shot back, "You guys in New York can't get a hole in the ground fixed, and it's five years later. So let's be fair," according to CBS.
Did Nagin's wrecked car kickback deal fall through ?
His "chocolate" remark is just begging for a photoshop image of Mayor Nagin dressed as Willie Wonka.
I haven't heard anything else on it. In this state that usually means an under the table/behind the back/ screw the taxpayers deal!

Now, with real water!
Charlie Murphy would have been a better mayor.
There was a recycling company that offered to pick up all the destroyed autos free of charge. Nagin nixed that idea, in favor of a crony outfit that was going to charge the state about $3,000 each. This factoid apparently has fallen through the cracks somewhere...
IIRC that first recycling co. you mentioned was going to PAY the city.
Nagin refused car-removal offer
Texas company would have paid New Orleans for flooded vehicles
08:38 AM CST on Monday, March 20, 2006
NEW ORLEANS A Texas company says it offered to pay this city to take tens of thousands of flooded cars off the streets and Mayor Ray Nagin refused the offer.
K&L Auto Crushers of Tyler, a major car crushing company, offered in October to rid the city of its flooded cars and pay $100 per flooded car, K&L's Dan Simpson said.
The city held back because it was apparently concerned that it did not have the legal right to remove the abandoned cars, Mr. Simpson said.
On Sunday, members of Mr. Nagin's press office, most of whom had traveled with him to Atlanta for a mayoral forum, did not immediately respond to an e-mail request seeking comment on K&L's offer.
But the Nagin administration is working on a contract to rid the city of the cars at a cost of $23 million over another six months.
