i would guess atty gen stumbo, rep. chandler and one or two members of the state legislature... but that's just a guess/ knowing a little bt about kentucky, i think i can say that most of the voters there understand what this is all about and will be rather forgiving.

A.G. DUMBO (that's the reason they came up w/ "this agreement" ..He can't run against Fletcher while indicting the Gov.) and Congressman Chandler.
