ZC is able to explain his position better than I can. However, I understand that he is a former fundamentalist Christian, who, after a sojourn with Roman Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy, became convinced that traditional Judaism was correct in its rejection of Jesus Christ as the Messiah and the divine inspiration of the New Testament. Not being Jewish by background, he became a Noachide, a non-Jewish person who believes that the Torah (written revelation) and the Talmud (orally transmitted revelation and interpretation of the Torah by Jewish scholars, reduced to writing in the Middle Ages) are the only valid sources of divine revelation. Noachides believe that non-Jews are bound only by the general revelation given to Noah after the Genesis Flood, and they observe those laws, while respecting and adhering to the 600 plus commands given to the Jewish people in the Torah.

Noachides don't have to follow the additional laws binding upon Jews. But Jews in every other respect consider them as fellow monotheists - not pagans and they are welcome to read and follow the ethical teachings of the Torah to the best of their ability. Every ethical non Jew, who follows the 7 laws God gave Noah, have a share in the World To Come.
