When someone comes into this country by breaking the law, has no skills, cannot speak the language (and refuses to learn it), gets on welfare.......they are not here to assimilate, they are to COLONIZE (or in the thinking of many illegals RE-colonize).
In any event, we're already seeing a balkanization process occurring in many large cities throughout the southwest where some of the neighborhoods resemble those in Mex. City and as long as the fedgov continues to use our tax $ to lavish all kinds of benefits to people who would spit in your face the first chance they got then we'll see this problem eventually explode.
