It always makes me laugh when they say free health care living in a country where we supposedly have that we know that we actually pay for it by our national insurance contribution and our employers national insurance contribution.
So at the end of the day probably per person there is more spent by individuals and employers on health care to the government than most Americans pay for private health care.
There is no such thing as a free lunch. All governments do is put up your taxes in one form or the other.

Exactly snugs, great explanation! There never is a free lunch. Someone always pays and usually the cost is passed on.

And in America, the same people say " have no health care" especially when referencing children, when they mean "have no private health insurance."
There is not a child in America who is refused health "care."
