Indeed, not good. With the degree of close collaboration between these "rogue" proxies of China and Russia, it is fairly clear that they likely have shared the details of a "weaponized" warhead design...one that can be fitted into a missile nose cone, with extended shelf-life and reliable deliverability.

If the test works, then all bets are off and the CIA's rosy view that Iran is far behind in that regard can be tossed away.

The thought crossing the Iranian purchasing agent mind must be "the missle failed. Wonder how good they are at tunnel plugging?"
