Reports from Seoul Korea, (daily newspaper Joongang Ilbo in Seoul) via the Japanese Jiji press agency, that South Korean intelligence has intercepted radio messages/communications in North Korea, which were aired last month, to civilians in the Kilju County, Northern Hamgyeong Province area of northeastern D.P.R.K., to evacuate.
The source in the South Korean government said "our interpretation is that following North Korea's underground nuclear blast test, they wish to head off any escape of radiation that would be a threat to the nearby civilian population and are evacuating as such."

Not like you would think, keep in mind that we also have small yield nukes that this President would have no problem using.
True, he would have no problem using it. However, I believe that if he were to so much as order a shot fired in any country for any reason, short of a response to a direct attack against the US homeland, he will be impeached and thrown out of office so fast it would make your head spin. I hate to say it but the left has done an extremely good job of pussifying this country in every way, shape, and form.

Yes I do ... eventually. These people, unlike the Soviets and Chinese are not rational. MAD is not going to stop them, it will only cause them to delay long enough to build up a correlation of forces so that the price of victory is not too high.
N Korea and Iran are pushing hard for us to believe that. If person A gets in person B's face and yells: "NUKES!" for a couple of years... I'm not thinking that there is a knife fight coming up. And I'm not for taking a knife to a nuclear war.

I don't .... bomber pilots and submariners are an all volunteer force. We should have already dusted off a Minuteman warhead and performed an above ground test somewhere in the Pacific. That's about the only message that is going to get through to these folks.
If this was the U.S. that intercepted these radio messages, the Dems would be screaming that we violated their rights. Just ask the Judge that handed down the ruling that it was unconstitutional.
