Sure I did, sort of. what I don't understand is your comment. There are "technical solutions"?
How about just leave the earth alone and it will always balance itself as it has for thousands of years. Years with higher carbon levels will result in lusher, greener plant life, which will in turn, lower carbon levels, if they get to low weaker plants will die off putting carbon back. there are always things like forrest fires volcano eruptions etc. which constantly keep these levels in fluctuation. For "scientists" at the useless nations to think they can control the atmosphere is laughable. People who think they can, and believe money will solve the problem are gullable idiots. No wonder door to door salesmen are able to fleece people out of their money. Groups like greenpeace and the world wildlife fund fleece these gullable idiots the same way.

I suspect he did as well as I did. But as the following from the article states, I suspect you are moved by ideals, not practicality.

There are many unintended consequences to this. Farmers have been putting manure back in the soil for many years, this is just a variation of the theme that looks to me to cause more problems than provide solutions. It is very difficult to come up with a better plan than God has put in nature. Basic biology is that most plants are starved for CO2.....there is a biological solution in place already that I trust more than mans technology.

"Everyone listens politely. But while watching their responses, it was hard not to worry that the same enthusiasm that has brought them together might also trap them in a cul de sac. They obviously respect economics and pragmatic requirements. But these are not people principally moved by practical politics or bottom lines; they are people moved by ideals."
