Notice she don't mention the video evidence of him setting up a shot, moving a body in and out of the ambulance to get the proper shot, and giving the cameraman directions at the same time. Be kind of hard to explain away, so she just ignores it.

What does GH do for a living --- when he is nor performing for the cameras? IIRC, he owns/runs a mortuary in Tyre, and has a pretty good sized refrigerated truck to haul bodies.
Suspicions are that he hauls them BOTH ways, when there is a camera call.
I do NOT want to know what else he may do with the bodies, between takes.
