I raised three kids. Children don't bother me at all. Being told where and when I can shop or dine with my grandson bothers the hell out of me.

One paragraph mentions "breeders"--the rest IS about UNRULY children, not children in general. And unruly children are the ones that irritate me. I know when I was that age, I'd have experienced a serious spanking and other punishment once home, if I'd done what I've seen done. Allowing them to behave this way does them no favors, it only means they'll grow up to be obnoxious adults.

I'm sorry but there are child appropriate situations just like adult oriented ones. Plenty of kids simply do not know how to behave in public and too many parents just expect everyone else to put up with their kids. When we were growing up, "No Touch" meant a slap on the hand for touching things after we were told no to. Nowadays it means Mommy and Daddy will just keep repeating themselves and God forbid anyone creates shame for a child. Kids belong at McDonalds, not upscale eateries.

NOBODY except the parents wants to be around wild loud loose running kids. It shows lack of control on the parents part and is totally annoying. Kids should only be allowed to make noise in their own homes or outside. PERIOD.

On a business trip by air a child knocked over a glass of wine into my briefcase. It was an accident. The stews were all over it, cleaning up and apologizing. Because I didn't act like a jerk, they even gave me a free bottle of wine out of first class! Even turned out that because I had packed my case so tight, none of the papers was damaged. Kids have accidents and spills, which they learn from.

I can not stand the way kids are allowed to misbehave in public. I raised 4 children and they knew the consequences for misbehaving in public. If they were infants and cried, I took them to the car for soothing or walked them in restroom. Why should everyone be tortured?

I’m not a homosexual or a feminist and I don’t appreciate kids. And you say that like there is something wrong with being either of those -Not! What is wrong is me having to listen to rude little brats. I chose not to kids of my own b/c I like my freedom, but they are kind of cute if you bound and gag them!
