Whining sissy indeed. He's one of that group of petted and privilege 60s generation that made in into positions of power. They are still living in Kum By Hya Land, trippin' down the cobblestones feelin' groovy with a flower in their hair. Their foreign policy is to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony, because donchano, we are the world - we are the children. They can't admit the reality of real conflict.
