I ask my fellow freepers indulgence for this vanity, because I believe it is too important to be buried in the back of the forum.
Can a good Muslim be a good American? I sent that question to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.
The following is his reply:
Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon god of Arabia.
Religiously - no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)
Scripturally - no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).
Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
Socially - no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically - no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and Destruction of America, the great Satan.
Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34).
Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.
Philosophically - no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.
Spiritually - no. Because when we declare "one nation under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names.
Therefore after much study and deliberation...perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both "good" Muslims and good Americans. Call it what you wish...it's still the truth. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future. The war is bigger than most Americans know or understand.
Yeah. Or the two white guys in Phoenix who shot six Hispanics for the fun of it. What motivated them?
So, if , hypothetically of course, if the church spoke out against or even called for attacks against the United States where would peoples priorities stand?
Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities...but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.
Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith...."
One might pose the question, how in #&%%$@#^% could 1.2 billion believing muslims allow the hijacking of their religion. Was it like the frog in the frying pan. Reality suggests otherwise. A religion of blood and destruction, does not become so in a day. It has been thus since its beginning. The religion of peace, is just the current lie of appeasement.
Actually, what may happen, is that American Muslims may be forced to take sides by Radical Islam.
Many (If not all) Americanized muslims are viewed as Apostates by the Islamofacists.
Jihad is authorized by the Koran (If I understand it) against Apostates, Infidels and Theives or Criminals, in that order.
According to Bernard Lewis, Apostates are treated much more harshly than Infidels because they have definitely made a choice. Infidels may not have consciously done so.
Slavery is not forbidden in Israel either. You can take a slave but must release after 7 years.
A:Is their justification in Islam for "terrorism" as pratised by groups like Hamas, where women and children are sometimes killed?
Answer 8998 2003-06-26
A: When a particular Muslim community experiences difficulty regarding themselves, and there is no apparent solution for their problem, they should refer their matter to their Fuqahaa (jurists) and Ubbaad (pious people) and follow their guidance.
and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
Mufti Ebrahim Desai
So if the Fuqahaa (jurists) and Ubbaad (pious people)[!] say it's OK, go for it!
/ducks
but this is what was explained to me by a very good source!
Does the term Trojan horse come to mind to any Freepers who "know a good mudslime"? Based upon their nonreligious belief system they CANNOT be good Americans nor good World Citizens. Their belief system fails the most simplest of tests for a religion IMO.
We need to define what can be classified and protected as a valid religion. I suggest a few simple litmus tests that any group seeking 1st amendment protection must pass. If your belief fails any of the litmus tests below you belong to a hate group and must be expelled from the country.
#1: If your belief commands you to kill or enslave those who are not of your religion then you fail the litmus test. .
#2: If your belief commands you to kill anyone who leaves your organization then you fail the litmus test.
#3: If your belief demands you kill or enslave anyone who writes, draws, speaks negatively about your belief you fail the litmus test.
In political terms that makes you a theocrat. The forum policy rules are probably the only thing keeping you from openly advocating the overthrow of the republic in favor of establishing a formal theocracy.
EXCUSE ME! ALLAH did not have a son, and therefor could not be the Christian God. Could he!
Here is the sad part, and I believe this:
If there is a major attack on an American target with casualties in the tens or hundreds of thousands by Islamofacists with a nuclear device, Americans, who are probably the most tolerant people on the face of the earth, are going to change.
Anyone who IS a muslim will immediately become suspect.
Anyone who LOOKS like a muslim will become suspect.
You are a liar, I have not backpedaled at all.
You admit, then, that only your desire to convert Muslims overrides your desire to commit genocide?
Careful in how you answer. I'm only quoting you, in your own words. You said:
"What I said was being a Christian is what keeps me from wanting to put all Muslim's in the gas chambers and ovens."
That was in Post 188, for those keeping score at home. The original post, #110, was so obscene that it got deleted.
Don't even pretend to think for me.
I wouldn't think of it. Gas chambers and ovens hold no fascination for me.
Outstanding point well made!
If we constantly repeat this crap that Is-Slime is a religion then we cannot do a damned thing. It is not a religion based upon a simple test for a religion shown below:

Hehe. I'm waiting...
Didn't stop the Japanese from consorting with Hitler in WWII, even though the Nazis would probably have preferred to eradicate all Asians.
...and the word holy, applied to everything, as in holy city, holy Koran, is way too much misuse of the word.
