6 of 11 Egyptian students now in custody
Six of the 11 Egyptian exchange students who failed to show up for their college program are now in custody after three additional students were arrested Thursday, the FBI said.
El Sayed Ahmed Elsayed Ibrahim, 20, and Alaa Abd El Fattah Ali El Bahnasawi, 20, were arrested at a residence in Dundalk, Md., outside Baltimore, by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
Chicago police detained Ahmed Mohamed Mohamed Abou El Ela, 22, at OHare International Airport as he was attempting to book a flight to Montana, the FBI said. Immigration agents later took El Ela into custody.
All are being held on administrative immigration violations because they did not report on time to their monthlong program at Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont.
None of the students is considered a terrorism risk

Chuck Thompson calling the games....sigh.
___________
Ain't the beer cold!
I was at the Babe Ruth birthday party a few years back, and someone from wbal (i think) was going around recording snippets from the attendees, he came to our table and asked us what we thought, I uttered the phrase above, and they used it for some of the O's commercials that year (unattributed of course).
OOPs, my mistake
NIN has it with the caption Captured, Michelle has it the old way..
Thanks, I had the 2 sites mixed up.,,
Rex Barney..."Give that fan a contract!"
Geez, I miss those days.
I like Camden Yards ok but I can't bear to watch the O's games anymore.
Stop Get out of my head!! lol
Is it just me, or do numbers 5, 9, and 11 look like they're P*SSED and DETERMINED to carry out some nefarious deed?
I agree - lots of anger in those faces.
Then why is every LEO in the country looking for these 11....nothing to see here folks move along.
At least one of them turned himself in. If the FBI had named them all as terrorist suspects, why would any of them turn themselves in and face what they might perceive would be a trip to Gitmo or Egyption prisons? By saying that they are not considered a risk, there is a chance that more will come forward. If they are innocent, this saves a lot of LEO time and effort from a wild goose chase.
"This is invaluable information in figuring out the "time window" in which a crucial courier-terrorist can freely move about the USA"
It would be very interesting to overlay their 'tourist path" with that map of known Islamofascist terr orgs. My bet is that this very secure low-tech courier-runner tour would cover most of their bases.
Number 11 reminds me of Mohammed Atta, another Egytian "student."
No I didn't....sheesh.
Even considering my earlier post about them being a diversion for an attack elsewhere, I'm beginning to suspect they may actually be students who didn't believe the pre-travel briefings in Egypt about going straight to the school and who decided to divert to visit relatives/friends enroute...reporting deadlines and timeliness in general being relatively loose concepts in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
They will be lucky if all that happens is that they get fined and deported.
I have driven by there hundreds of times and never noticed it.
Yea! I had #3 in my trifecta! Worried about #11 being at large, though. #7, as well - but not as much, lol.
Why hasn't OKC - Will Rogers checked in yet?
"Want some gravy on them fries, hon?"
And some National Boh - please!
Perhaps thinking about what their pics would be like on television after they carry out their mission? Trying not to think about that so much. My hubby is flying today.
Yours may be the most frightening sentence I've read on this site today. To have a government agency go 'rogue' is just beyond belief...if this is true (and I'm sure it is) then we need to go in to the CIA building with a high pressure hose and clean it out. Then replace these Clinton people with loyal Americans before they cost us an American city or worse!
OuT! The experiment with nice kissy-face with people who want us dead has failed!
out!
